At adxhost, you have full control over your services, including the ability to cancel or upgrade them at any time through your Client Area. This guide explains how to manage service changes easily and securely.
How to Upgrade a Service
Upgrading a service is ideal if you need more resources, storage, or features.
Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area
Go to https://adxhost.com/billing and log in with your email and password.
Step 2: Navigate to “My Services”
Click on Services → My Services from the top menu.
Step 3: Select the Service You Want to Upgrade
Find the service you want to upgrade and click the View Details or Manage button next to it.
Step 4: Choose “Upgrade/Downgrade”
Inside the service management page, click Upgrade/Downgrade from the left-hand menu or options tab.
Step 5: Select a New Plan
Choose the desired plan from the list of available options. The system will automatically calculate any prorated fees or credits.
Step 6: Complete Payment
Review the upgrade details and proceed to checkout. Your service will be upgraded immediately after successful payment.
How to Cancel a Service
If you no longer need a hosting plan, addon, or domain-related service, you can request cancellation at any time.
Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area
Visit https://adxhost.com/billing and sign in.
Step 2: Go to “My Services”
Click on Services → My Services.
Step 3: Open the Service You Want to Cancel
Find the active service you wish to cancel and click View Details.
Step 4: Click “Request Cancellation”
On the service details page, locate the Request Cancellation link in the sidebar or options menu.
Step 5: Choose Cancellation Type
You can choose between:

Immediate Cancellation (ends service immediately)

End of Billing Period (service remains active until renewal date)
Provide a brief reason for cancellation (optional) and submit the request.
Important Notes

Cancelled services will not renew or be billed again.

Domain names must be managed separately and require manual cancellation if auto-renew is active.

Some services may be non-refundable depending on their billing term or usage. Refer to our Terms of Service for details.
