Every adxhost hosting package includes the ability to create custom email addresses using your domain (e.g. info@yourdomain.com). These professional email accounts are perfect for businesses, brands, or personal use.
Follow the steps below to create email accounts in cPanel.
Step 1: Log in to cPanel
You can access your cPanel by either:

Logging into your adxhost Client Area at https://adxhost.com/billing, navigating to Services → My Services, selecting your hosting plan, and clicking “Login to cPanel”
OR

Visiting https://yourdomain.com/cpanel directly and entering your cPanel username and password
Step 2: Open the Email Accounts Section
Once in cPanel:

Scroll to the Email section

Click on Email Accounts
This will take you to the interface for managing your email addresses.
Step 3: Create a New Email Account

Click the Create button
-
Select the domain you want to use (if you have multiple domains on your account)

Enter a Username – this becomes the first part of the email (e.g. “sales” for sales@yourdomain.com)

Set a Password or use the Generate button to create a secure one

Choose the Storage Space limit or select “Unlimited” (within your account’s quota)

Click Create
Your email account will now be created.
Step 4: Access Your Email
After creation, you can access your mailbox in a few ways:

Webmail: Go to https://yourdomain.com/webmail and log in using the full email address and password

Email Client: Use software like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird

Phone or Tablet: Set up your email using IMAP or POP (settings are available in cPanel)

Click “Connect Devices” next to your email address
