Keeping your billing information up to date ensures that your payments are processed smoothly and your services with adxhost renew without interruption.
This guide explains how to update your payment methods, billing address, and contact details through your client area.
Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area
Visit https://adxhost.com/billing
Enter your registered email and password to access your dashboard.
Step 2: Update Your Payment Method

From the dashboard, go to Billing → Payment Methods

You’ll see a list of saved payment options (if any)

Click Add New Credit Card or Add Payment Method to update your details

You can also remove old payment methods or set a new one as default
Having a valid default payment method ensures successful automatic renewals.
Step 3: Update Billing Address and Contact Details

Go to Account → Edit Account Details

Update the following fields as needed:

Billing name and company name

Billing address (city, region, postal code)

Phone number and email address
-

Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page
Make sure your contact email is accurate to receive invoice and renewal reminders.
Step 4: Review Invoice Contact (Optional)
If you’d like invoices to be sent to a different contact or email:

Go to Account → Contacts/Sub-Accounts

Add a new contact and check the box for General Emails and Invoice Emails

Save the contact and assign the proper permissions
