Auto-renewal ensures your services with adxhost—such as domain names, hosting, and add-ons—are renewed automatically before they expire. This helps you avoid downtime or accidental service interruptions.
Follow the steps below to enable auto-renewal from your client area:
Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area
Visit https://adxhost.com/billing
Enter your registered email address and password to access your dashboard.
Step 2: Access Your Services or Domains
Depending on what you want to auto-renew:

Click Services → My Services to manage hosting or add-ons

Click Domains → My Domains to manage domain names
Step 3: Manage Renewal Settings

Click on the specific service or domain you want to update

On the details page, locate the Auto-Renewal section

If it’s currently disabled, click Enable Auto-Renewal
You’ll see a confirmation that the service is now set to renew automatically before the expiry date.
Step 4: Ensure a Valid Payment Method is on File
Auto-renewal only works if there is an active and valid payment method saved.
To check or update your payment method:

Go to Billing → Payment Methods

Add or update your credit card, mobile money, or PayPal details

Set a default payment method to be used for renewals
Important Notes

Invoices for auto-renewals are usually generated several days before the service’s expiration date

If payment fails, the service may not renew, so it’s important to keep your payment method up to date

You can disable auto-renewal at any time from the same section
