Managing your services and domains

At adxhost, we provide you with a simple and intuitive Client Area where you can manage all of your hosting services, domain names, billing preferences, and support requests in one place.

 

This guide will help you understand how to view and manage your active services and domains.


Accessing the Client Area

  1. Visit https://adxhost.com/billing

  2. Log in using your registered email and password

 

Once logged in, you’ll arrive at the Client Area Dashboard, where you can view an overview of your services, domains, invoices, and support tickets.


Managing Your Hosting Services

  1. Click on Services in the top menu or from the dashboard

  2. You will see a list of all active and inactive hosting services

 

For each hosting service, you can:

  • View service details such as plan type, status, and renewal date

  • Access cPanel with one click

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan

  • Request cancellation if needed

  • Renew your plan manually (if auto-renew is disabled)

 

Clicking on a specific service gives you detailed controls over that product.


Managing Your Domain Names

  1. Click on Domains in the top menu

  2. You’ll see a list of all your registered domains

 

For each domain, you can:

  • Check renewal status and expiry date

  • Enable or disable auto-renewal

  • Manage DNS settings and nameservers

  • Lock or unlock the domain (for transfer protection)

  • Purchase WHOIS Privacy Protection

  • Renew domains manually

  • Transfer domains to or from another registrar


Renewing Services and Domains

  • Go to the Billing → My Invoices section to view and pay upcoming or overdue invoices

  • You can also click the Renew button next to any product or domain in its respective section

  • Enable auto-renewal to prevent accidental expiration


Add-Ons and Upgrades

 

From the Client Area, you can also:

  • Add extra services such as SSL certificates, professional email, or website packages

  • Upgrade your hosting to a higher plan

  • Register or transfer additional domains


Support and Help

 

If you encounter any issues or need help managing your services:

  • Go to Support → Open Ticket

  • Select the appropriate department (e.g., Technical Support, Billing, Web Design)

  • Submit your question and our team will assist you as soon as possible
