Gmail allows you to send and receive emails from your adxhost domain email using its built-in mail fetch and SMTP features.
Step 1: Log In to Your Gmail Account
Go to https://mail.google.com and log in with your Gmail account.
Step 2: Open Gmail Settings

Click the gear icon in the top right corner

Click “See all settings”

Go to the “Accounts and Import” tab
Step 3: Add Your Domain Email (for Receiving)

Find the section labeled “Check mail from other accounts”
-
Click “Add a mail account”
-
Enter your full email address (e.g. info@yourdomain.com) and click Next
-
Choose “Import emails from my other account (POP3)” and click Next
Step 4: Enter POP3 Settings
-
Username: your full email address
-
Password: your email password
-
POP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
-
Port: 995
-
Check “Always use a secure connection (SSL)”
Click Add Account
Step 5: Set Up Sending (SMTP)
When asked if you want to send emails as this address, choose Yes, then:

SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
-
Port: 465
-
Username: your full email address
-
Password: your email password
-
Use SSL
Click Add Account
Gmail will send a confirmation email to verify. Click the link or enter the code to complete setup.
2. How to Set Up Your adxhost Email in Microsoft Outlook
This guide works for Outlook 2019, 2021, and Microsoft 365 desktop versions.
Step 1: Open Outlook and Add Account

Go to File → Add Account

Enter your full email address and click Connect
Step 2: Choose Account Type
Select IMAP (recommended for syncing across devices)
Step 3: Enter Incoming Mail Server Settings

Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
-
Port: 993
-
Encryption: SSL/TLS
-
Username: your full email address
-
Password: your email password
Step 4: Enter Outgoing Mail Server Settings (SMTP)
-
Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
-
Port: 465
-
Encryption: SSL/TLS
-
Authentication: Yes (use same credentials as incoming)
Click Next, wait for Outlook to verify, and click Done when complete.
3. How to Set Up Your adxhost Email in Apple Mail (macOS or iOS)
Step 1: Open Apple Mail

On macOS: Go to Mail → Add Account
-
On iOS: Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other
Choose Add Mail Account
Step 2: Enter Account Info

Name: Your name
-
Email: your full email (e.g. hello@yourdomain.com)

Password: your email password
-
Description: A label for the account (e.g. Business Email)
Click Next
Step 3: Enter Server Settings
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):
-
Hostname: mail.yourdomain.com
-
Username: your full email address
-
Password: your email password
-
Port: 993
-
Use SSL: Yes
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
-
Hostname: mail.yourdomain.com
-
Username: your full email address
-
Password: your email password
-
Port: 465
-
Use SSL: Yes
-
Authentication: Password
Click Save or Done
Your account will now be active in the Mail app.
