If you’ve purchased a website package from adxhost or are interested in getting a custom website built, requesting your site design is simple. This guide explains how to begin the process, what information we’ll need from you, and what to expect during the design phase.
Step 1: Choose a Website Package
If you haven’t already purchased a website package, visit our Website Addon Packages page to select the one that suits your needs.
After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation and instructions to begin the design process.
Step 2: Submit a Design Request
To officially request your website design:

Log in to your Client Area at https://adxhost.com/billing

Click on Support → Submit Ticket

Choose the Web Design Department

Fill out the request form with the subject: “New Website Design Request”
Step 3: Provide Website Details
In the message section, please include the following details to help us get started:

Your Business or Brand Name

Preferred Domain Name (if you’ve registered one)

Pages You Need (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact, Blog)

Your Logo and Brand Colors (if available)

Brief Description of What Your Website Should Do

Links to Any Websites You Like (for design inspiration)

Any Written Content or Images You Want Us to Use
You can upload files or attachments along with the ticket.
Step 4: Review and Feedback
Once we receive your request:

We’ll confirm receipt and begin the design process

Within a few business days, we’ll share a preview or mockup of your site

You’ll have the opportunity to review and request changes before final approval
We allow up to 2–3 rounds of revisions depending on your package.
Step 5: Final Delivery
After you approve the final design:

We’ll make the website live on your domain

You’ll receive login credentials for your content management system (WordPress)

We’ll provide a short guide on how to update your site, blog, or contact details
